Join us for your chance to learn the basics of Japanese-style Boro and Sashiko stitching and mending. This workshop will introduce the basic stitch techniques and patterns used in both sashiko and boro as well as offering an introduction to the techniques, yarn and needles and its history. During the session, you can use the fabric patches supplied or bring your own textiles or clothing to mend/stitch.
