About this event

Are you ready to take the first step towards discovering inner calm and resilience?

Would you like to learn more about the positive effects of mindfulness?

Join me on a 90-minute introductory workshop exploring mindfulness and it’s impact on our overall well-being.

The workshop is an invitation to slow down, pause and connect with the present moment. It is an opportunity to learn what mindfulness is, the benefits associated with it and how to integrate simple mindfulness practices into our daily life.

Mindfulness is evidence-based and is proven to reduce stress, anxiety and help us cope with difficulty and pain. With regular practice it is possible to improve mental and emotional well-being and develop focus, resilience and compassion.

During the session, participants will be invited to engage in guided exercises and there will be opportunities to reflect and share experiences in a supportive environment. They will discover practical tools for cultivating greater calm and clarity amid the demands of everyday life.

Whether you are new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen an existing practice, this workshop aims to offer accessible techniques and inspiration for incorporating the benefits of mindfulness into your daily life.

No prior expereince of mindfulness or meditation is necessary. For any further questions, please feel free to contact me via email or text 07446357125.
