An Introduction to Systemic Constellations
A One-Day Training for Leaders, Educators & Practitioners
13th March 2026 Clifton, Bristol
9:30am – 5:30pm
This one-day training offers a hands-on, experiential introduction to systemic constellations and the unseen dynamics that shape what we experience in our work, relationships, and wider systems.
Systemic Constellations offer a way of understanding complexity that reveals hidden patterns influencing teams, leadership, families, and communities. The approach bridges both the personal and professional, helping us see how the dynamics learned in our families often echo in how we relate, lead, and collaborate at work.
This training introduces the foundations of systemic practice through direct experience. You will learn to recognise systemic influences, map relationships, and work with embodied awareness to notice what may be seeking acknowledgement or change.
The day is practical, relational, and deeply human.
This training can be attended as a standalone day, or as Day One of a two-day Systemic Constellations experience in Bristol, followed by a Full Day of Family/Systemic Constellations on Day Two. ( 13th & 14th March )
What are Systemic Constellations?
Family or Systemic Constellations is an experiential therapeutic approach developed by Bert Hellinger. It is based on the understanding that unresolved experiences in our family history do not simply disappear, but may be carried forward across generations as unconscious loyalties, symptoms, or repeating patterns in relationships, work, health, or life direction.
Constellation work makes these hidden dynamics visible. Using people in the group as representatives, a constellation creates a living map of a system. What is usually unseen can be sensed and felt in the body, allowing new understanding, movement, and resolution to emerge.
This way of working is increasingly used across leadership, coaching, therapy, education, and organisational development.
What You’ll Experience
– A grounded introduction to the principles and practice of Systemic Constellations
– Frameworks for recognising systemic influence in families, teams, and organisations
– Small-group experiential exercises exploring real work or life situations
– Developing embodied awareness and presence in relationships and leadership
You may wish to explore a work relationship, team dynamic, client interaction, or a familiar personal or family pattern.
In guided breakout groups, you will use embodied awareness to gain new perspectives on a chosen situation. Others in the group may be invited to represent people, roles, or contexts involved, offering live feedback through their embodied experience.
You will gain insight into:
– how you show up in relationships and collaboration
– how you are experienced by others
– what can shift when you take your rightful place within a system
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how systemic awareness can support connection, leadership, and change in both life and work.

Testimonial
“Constellation work invites you to see patterns and beliefs from a third perspective, outside your own internal narrative, which can be incredibly liberating. It helps you gently de-personalise from your ‘stuff’ and opens up new ways of seeing and being with it.”
Sadia Ghazanfar, Women’s Leadership & Career Coach
