About this event

    A guided meditation session for women to reset their bioenergetic system and embrace the divine feminine. This guided meditation is suitable for women of all ages to expand their consciousness and improve self-awareness. These meditations are helpful for overcoming addiction, loneliness, grief or loss.

    My name is Kirk Young. I am an Mental Health Practitioner working for the NHS as well as an independent Mindfulness Coach. Mindfulness skills and exercises have helped me manage my workload as I work full-time and study part-time in the busy city of London. I aim to share my knowledge of how Ancient Mindfulness can improve our emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and relationships in our personal lives and in the workplace.

    Dates/Time:

    We will meet virtually via Zoom on Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm. This is a UK based event, if you are joining from outside the UK you may want to double check the time with Kirk or use a time zone converter.
