Ancient Mindfulness is a programme to expand you consciousness and develop your self-awareness.
This 5 week course is designed to help reduce stress and anxiety, build strength, increase awareness, improve sleep, improve focus and help participants find a more mindful way of processing thoughts in daily life.
This online workshop is designed to offer clear guidance for practising mindfulness and integrating it into our lives. The educational side of the program helps participants develop a strong understanding of mindfulness and experience the many benefits of becoming more mindful.
Each group session will be interactive and engaging, including a mixture of guided meditations, group discussions and practical exercises designed to build and improve different skills.
Mindfulness is a way of living life with reduced stress and anxiety, as well as, increased awareness and control.
