Antenatal Breastfeeding Workshop

Our in person antenatal breastfeeding workshop is here to allow you to learn about breastfeeding and ask any questions you may have.

This is a workshop to allow you to learn about breastfeeding your baby, what to expect and ask questions you may have. We will discuss topics like; Benefits of Breastfeeding, What is in Breastmilk, Postioning and Attachment, Expressing and much more. You will also be able to ask questions and if you wish you can sign up to our one to one phone support for when baby has arrived. We are opening this workshop to families who are living within Forth Valley and are at least 34 week pregnant. When booking a ticket, please book just one for yourself but you are able to bring 1 supportive person along with you. We just ask that no kids attend.
We will also have a NHS Forth Valley Maternity Care Assistant come join us in the session.

You can find us on the day at the main entrance of the women and childrens department of Forth Valley Royal hospital, as you come in, the room immediately to your left is the parent education room which is where the session will be held.
