Join us for this 2- day course covering the basic skills and knowledge for safe, high quality anticoagulation care delivery

•Aimed at hospital and primary care anticoagulation practitioners

•Provides the basic skills and knowledge for safe, high quality anticoagulation care delivery

•Includes warfarin dosing and DOAC initiation and management

•Delivered by the expert multi-disciplinary team at King's Thrombosis Centre


This is a two day course to be held on 11th Septmeber and 18th September 2026.

Friday 11th September - held online via MS Teams

Friday 18th September - held in person at the Robens suite, Guy's Hospital, London Bridge
