•Includes warfarin dosing and DOAC initiation and management
•Delivered by the expert multi-disciplinary team at King's Thrombosis Centre
This is a two day course to be held on 11th Septmeber and 18th September 2026.
Friday 11th September - held online via MS Teams
Friday 18th September - held in person at the Robens suite, Guy's Hospital, London Bridge
