At the Veteran Recovery College, we understand the unique challenges that veterans and their families face when it comes to mental health.

Our groups not only provide practical support but also create a sense of belonging and camaraderie that is essential for veterans and their families as they transition from military to civilian life.

Many of the veterans in our support team have direct experience of life on the frontline and the challenges of transitioning to civilian life. They understand the unique struggles that veterans face, including PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

At the Veteran Recovery College, we believe that with the right support, everyone can improve their conditions and start on the road to recovery. We are dedicated to helping veterans and their families in the North East find the help they need to improve their mental health and well-being.
