“Apologise!” Mastering creative disruption without the backlash

“Apologise!” Mastering creative disruption without the backlash

Overview

Join this interactive workshop for leaders who want to take creativity seriously—and avoid becoming the next ‘we’re sorry’ brand.

Organised by Anglia Venues

Creativity has become reactive instead of strategic, often resulting in brands apologising for their (what felt good at the time…) creative ideas. But we can’t afford to alienate our primary audience or, dare I say it, be cancelled, can we?

Together, we’ll explore how to create bold, distinctive work rooted in brand truth, not borrowed relevance. All while learning how to disrupt with intent and avoid becoming the next “we’re sorry” brand.

What we’ll cover:
+ Misdirected marketing campaigns
+ Safe marketing vs disruptive marketing
+ Where good ideas come from
+ Finding and leaning into your extraordinary
+ Becoming a creative creative leader

Why should I attend?
This workshop is for those looking to strategically and authentically adopt more creativity in their marketing team, to not only reach the goals set but to stand out. Chloe brings fresh thinking, new theories and her own fun-filtered opinion on why we need to take creativity seriously.

About the speaker
Chloe Ambrose is an unapologetic wearer of colour and suspected-ADHD founder with a proudly ‘unscrunched’ mind, determined to prevent marketing misfires. Chloe has worked in social media marketing for ten years, across creative agencies and in-house marketing teams. It was there she decided to break free, setting up Unscrunch — a social media marketing and creative agency helping purpose-led companies and charities move away from tick-box marketing.

Ticket information
This includes a complimentary headshot (5:30pm-6:00pm) for those advocates of creativity wishing to post about their attendance online. Teas and coffees will also be provided.

We look forward to welcoming you.
