Our tutor is pomologist (apple expert) and cider maker, Crispin Adams. Crispin's cider is on sale in places such as Darts Farm, The Re4al Cider Shop and other speciality outlets. Crispin is well known for his work on saving heritage varieties, community orchard projects and his low-intervention appraoch to cider making.
