This workshop will provide you with guidance and tips on completing the Creative Freelancer Grants application form.

This event is free and only available for creative freelancers registered as sole traders, based in South Gloucestershire and Bath &amp; North East Somerset.This workshop will provide you with guidance and tips on completing the <a href="https://www.westofengland-ca.gov.uk/what-we-do/innovation/culture-west/creative-freelancer-grants/?mc_cid=208e5920f0&mc_eid=UNIQID" title="https://www.westofengland-ca.gov.uk/what-we-do/innovation/culture-west/creative-freelancer-grants/?mc_cid=208e5920f0&mc_eid=UNIQID" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Creative Freelancer Grant</a> application form.Creative Freelancers can apply for grants of up to £2,000. This grant programme will support freelancers to develop their skills and explore new ways of working. The deadline for applications is Friday, 21st June 2024. <h3>What we will cover?</h3><ul><li>Understanding the grant requirements</li><li>Guidance on completion of application questions</li><li>Top tips for a successful grant application</li></ul> Please note during this workshop the advisors will not be able to review and offer feedback on individual applications. <h3>Who should attend?</h3>Any South Gloucestershire and Bath &amp; North East Somerset creative freelancers registered as sole traders or directors of a limited company where they are the only officer or employee. You will need to be operating your business in creative industries.* Whilst we can help you develop your application skills, we do not take any responsibility for the success of individual applications and attendance at this webinar does not guarantee that a grant will be awarded . Our advisors will not be able to complete your application for you.

<h3>Essential information:</h3>Please note, this workshop will be held on Zoom.Your booking for this webinar is provisional until you have enrolled for the free Business Support Service. Enrolment is via a short online form – if you are not enrolled already, a link will be emailed directly to you.Once enrolled, you will receive the Zoom webinar link and password to join the call. Do ensure you join the webinar at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.If you are unable to attend this event, we require at least 2 working days notice for cancellations to enable us to offer your place to someone else. We reserve the right to cancel your place if you are not eligible for this service.All participants of the service are eligible to receive up to 12 hours of free support. This equates to a maximum of 4 events per participant.
