Archives Revealed is a partnership funding programme between <a href="https://www.heritagefund.org.uk/" title="https://www.heritagefund.org.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The National Lottery Heritage Fund</a>, <a href="https://www.thepilgrimtrust.org.uk/" title="https://www.thepilgrimtrust.org.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">the Pilgrim Trust</a>, <a href="https://www.wolfson.org.uk/" title="https://www.wolfson.org.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">the Wolfson Foundation</a> and <a href="https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/" title="https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The National Archives</a>.Archives Revealed’s aim is to ensure that significant archive collections, representing the lives and perspectives of all people across the UK, are made accessible to the public for research and enjoyment.We are delighted to announce an expansion of the Archives Revealed funding programme, with The National Lottery Heritage Fund having invested £5 million in the summer of 2024, to bring our partnership total to £6 million. This webinar will introduce a new and expanded funding programme of Cataloguing Grants, Scoping Grants and – for the first time – Consortium Grants of up to £150,000 to groups of organisations working with archival collections. We will also introduce the programme’s new public engagement requirements, and announce a new training programme to develop skills and share knowledge for the archive and heritage sectors.The webinar will include guidance on the three funding streams, including how to apply, what we’re looking for from applicants and the timetables for applications.It will be recorded and made available online following the event. We welcome and encourage applications to our funding from people of all backgrounds and are committed to making our application process accessible to everyone. This includes providing support, in the form of reasonable adjustments, for people who have a disability or a long-term condition and face barriers applying to us.
