Arkham in Flames is a fan-run celebration of Arkham Horror: The Card Game, organised by the Drawn to the Flame podcast for fans of all ages and abilities of this card game we know and love. The plan: get together and play huge amounts of Arkham Horror!

Do you have a code of conduct or guidelines?
We sure do! We're extra keen to make sure the event is a safe and friendly space for everyone no matter who they are or what their level of experience. If you have any special requirements or requests, or any additional concerns, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing experience. You can check it out our Code of Conduct sent to all ticket holders. 
We're using the space rented by a local game store, so note as well their policies will apply in addition to ours.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There's some limited, metered parking and residential parking around the venue. It's also 5 minutes walk from Lambeth North tube station (Bakerloo line), 10 minutes from Waterloo station (lots of tube lines, lots of trains), and about 15 minutes from Westminster tube station as well. Buses that take you to St Thomas's Hospital will leave you about 5 minutes walk from the venue
What should I bring to the event?
When you get your ticket, you'll get an email with a link to a Google Form. This will let you feedback to us directly what events you're most interested in and help us sort out what everyone will need to bring. 
Is this an offical FFG or Asmodee Arkham event with prize support?
We've let FFG and Asmodee know what we're doing, but we're entirely unofficial with no official prize support. Peter and Frank are just big fans of Arkham Horror The Card Game and want to create a fun event, the kind they would want to go to themselves!
What does my ticket include?
Access to the venue for two days, participation in a Labyrinths of Lunacy epic multiplayer session (if desired), an invite to our Arkham Party in a local pub, entry into a fiendish Arkham Horror card game-themed quiz, a chance to join us for a live recording of our podcast Drawn to the Flame (if we can wangle it!), and even a few participation prizes.

That's right, we're planning a handful of treats for people who come along to the event! Keep your eyes on our social media for details over the coming weeks. We're working with some really cool designers who are as excited by the game as we are!
Will single day tickets be available for either the Saturday or the Sunday?
Unfortunately as the venue has to be booked for the right number of people in advance we're not able to offer single day tickets just now. If you're worried about not being able to attend particular parts please let us know, and we'll also make sure that everyone with a ticket who attends any part of the event gets all the relevant swag!
What are the options for food and drink?
Yes, the evening venue has pub grub and snacks, and we'll also pick a place to eat on the Friday night before, for those people arriving early for the event.
What do I do if I can't make it?
Eventbrite should let you cancel up to 7 days before the event. After then drop us a line and hopefully we can swap your ticket onto someone who might be waiting for a ticket.
