We’ll explore advanced techniques, transitions, and the energetic principles that support lift, control, and stability. The focus will be on developing strength, clarity, and coordination through direct, practical work.
What to Expect:
• Floating Sun Salutations: jump backs & jump throughs
• Mula Bandha integration & Rocket-style lifts
• Transitions: Bhuja Elephant → Ashtavakrasana → Koundinyasana
• Headstand variations: to Parsva Bakasana, to Pincha Mayurasana
• Arm balances including Mayurasana (classic & lotus), Lolasana, Tolasana
• Hip mobility transitions: Vishvamitrasana → Koundinyasana → Bhairavasana
• One-leg crow, Funky Pincha crow, Bhujapidasana, and more
This is not a beginner-friendly workshop.
You should be comfortable with bakasana (crow) and can hold a supported headstand for a minute. Familiarity with transitions and inversions is recommended.
