What is the format of the online sessions?

These one hour taster sessions cover: a brief intro to the art conversation (VTS) method; a 20 minute facilitated art discussion, all participants are invited to join; 10 minute reflection; 15 minute guest Q&A or specific topic e.g. empathy, communication, critical thinking, psychological safety.
