You can use this workshop to create, to recharge and to boost your mental well-being.DURING 2HR HEALING CEREMONY YOU WILL RECEIVE &amp; EXPERIENCE:💫 GUIDED MEDITATION💫 PERSONAL INTENTIONS💫MANDALA CREATION USING FRESH FLOWERS , HERBS , FRUIT AND BERRIES💫HEALING MEDITATION 💫GIFT TO TAKE HOMETIME: 15:00-17:00PLACE: Battersea Yoga centre. 2mins walk from beautiful Battersea ParkPARKING: Free parking available nearbyGETTING HERE: Nearest station is Clapham Junction (15mins walk), 10-15 mins by Taxi or bus from Sloan Sq Station, South Kensington or Vauxhall station.PREPARE: No previous experience required, bring water with you, wear comfortable clothes. Materials and yoga mats will be provided.ATMOSPHERE: The whole ritual will be embraced with singing bowls, Koshi charms, and mantras.In the workshop, our experienced therapist and mandala making teacher will create a loving, beautiful, healing space.

About the teacher.Angelika Ocean is a Holistic Therapist. With over 15 years experience in yoga, and meditation, she is also a Sacred and Afterbirth ceremony facilitator, Angelika specialiases in Kundalini yoga, Meditation , Aromatherapy, Swedish &amp; Rebozo massage. She also holds CIBTAC beauty therapy Diploma.Her goals are to help guide people on their journey to self-discovery in a caring, loving and safe space.
