Art Workshop - Oldberrow
Enjoy an Plein Air painting workshop afternoon in the beautiful wildflower meadow of St Mary's, Oldberrow.
Join us for a Plein Air watercolour workshop surrounded by the beautiful wilflower meadow at St Mary's church, Oldberrow. Resident artist Guy Allen will lead you with a focus on the nature and wildflowers around you.
This workshop is suitable for artists of all abilities from beginners to improvers to experts. Guy will support or advise you as you need. We will provide some materials and equipment but if you have your own, please bring them along. (There will be a full list upon booking and space to request materials to be provided). Please also bring a stool, chair or cushion to sit on.
The workshop start with an introduction and walk around the site and then approximately 2hrs for painting. After the workshop will be the annual wildflower service and celebrations which you are welcome to stay for, or continue painting. The celebrations for the public start from 2:30pm with refreshments and the service will start at 4pm.
