Join us for our workshop on Osteoarthritis. The workshop lasts two hours from 2 to 4 at the Weigh it Up shop in Highworth Market Place. During that time we will explore the differences and similarities between the various types of arthritis. We will then explore the research that suggests the lifestyle and dietary modifications we might use to make life simply more comfortable, and see what that looks like in real life terms that you can use.

The group size is small so that we can enjoy an informal and useful discussion around the subject.

The course is led by Jane Faulkes, McTimoney Chiropractor and nutritional therapist, there is a break half way through, which is a chance to stretch your legs and enjoy refreshments from the cafe.

The price of the ticket is £35 and includes all the information on the slides and refreshments at the break.
