An examination of the  role of AI in the creative industries.

Copyright is an economic tool that incentivises and rewards creativity and supports a rich cultural heritage. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is playing an increasingly important role in the creative industries. In response the Intellectual Property Office is calling for views on the impact of AI on copyright and other intellectual property rights. In this session we will hear from experts in the literary, music and audiovisual sectors about how they’re already using AI, as well as their thoughts on the potential future relationship between copyright and AI.
