Join us at OLLIE's community garden to take a look at Giuseppe Arcimboldo's imaginative paintings, learning about his famous works including .
During the workshop led by local artist Anna, you will learn about Arcimboldo's famous works including portrait heads made entirely of objects such as fruits, vegetables and flowers.
Using vegetables, fruits and foliage the group will assemble their own portrait piece which you will then use as inspiration for your own painting. Anna will be there to guide you and give you tips throughout the workshop.
About Giuseppe Archimboldo
16th Century Italian artist, Giuseppe Archimboldo was known for his imaginative paintings made of fruits, vegetables and flowers arranged to look like a face. His work has been a source of inspiration for many surrealist artists including Salvador Dali.

All materials will be provided.
Please note, all workshops are open to all individuals and families, however, those under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or carer.
