This informal drop-in session will connect you to everything the university can offer, including

• Recruitment and Employment services - Find the best people for your businesses. Including PT/FT, Temp/Temp to Perm, peak and absence cover.
• Live Brief (real-world project for students) - Provides novel and creative solutions to a business challenge.
• Contract research & Consultancy - Innovative research or consultancy commissioned by your business.
• Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) - strategically significant R&D project that embeds new innovation and capabilities in your business.
• Internships - Short-term PT/FT employee for your business during spring or summer, with limited funding options available
• Undergraduate/Postgraduate Placements - A medium-term employment opportunity for between 3–15 months as part of a student’s degree.
• Arise Innovation Hubs - The ecosystem for entrepreneurs. Offering high quality office space and virtual membership; supporting business to thrive.

Arise is an Innovation Hub for businesses specialising in the Life Science, Advanced Manufacturing and Digital Technology sectors, and is part of Anglia Ruskin University (ARU). With Hubs strategically located in Chelmsford and Harlow, occupants can enjoy tailored business support, including access to grant funding, networking opportunities and serviced office facilities.

Arise is supported by the expertise and resources of ARU, providing skills, talent, innovation and business support. Arise is a partnership between ARU and Essex County Council with support from Chelmsford City Council and Harlow Council. This partnership aims to promote business growth in Essex.
