If you want to take part in something challenging and innovative, and would like to boost both your financial and physical fitness, then the Ascent programme is for you!</h2><p></p><p><strong>DATE</strong>: Tuesday 25th February 2020</p><p><strong>TIME</strong>: 12.30-2.00pm</p><p><strong>WHERE</strong>: Rosslyn Associates, The Walled Garden, South Building, Bush Estate, Midlothian, EH26 0SD</p><p>The Ascent taster session will involve a presentation from Ian McLeish and Ali Stevens, showing you what’s involved in the programme. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and find out more information. A light lunch will be provided. This will be a great opportunity to network with likeminded, forward thinking business people who want to make a positive change both personally and within their businesses.</p><p></p><h3>WE ARE OFFERING AN EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT TO ANYONE WHO ATTENDS OUR TASTER SESSION AND SIGNS UP TO THE ASCENT PROGRAMME ON THE DAY.</h3><h3></h3><h2>What is Ascent?</h2><p>Ascent is a 14-month immersive programme and journey.</p><p>There will be two sessions each month which will be held both indoors and outdoors.</p><p>Each participant will go through a parallel process both learning outdoor skills, navigation, fitness, and nutrition, while simultaneously learning how to grow the best business they can. The process of challenging yourself both mentally and physically will help create the mindset to be the best you can be. </p><p>We meet different challenges in all aspects of our lives and we tend to approach these different challenges with the same mindset. By learning how to overcome challenges in one context, we can apply that knowlege to other areas of our lives. This programme will help you learn new attitudes and mindsets which are needed to overcome the challenges that are inevitable in business. </p><h2>Who is it for?</h2><p>We’re looking for a maximum of 8 business owners who are serious about making some real, positive change within their business, as well as working on their own health and fitness. If you are frustrated with your current situation and are looking for a new and innovative way for your business to be successful, then Ascent may be just the thing to get you and your business to where you want to be.</p><h2>Who will you be working with?</h2><p>There will be two sessions each month throughout the programme.</p><p>One will be focussed on outdoor skills, these sessions will be led by Ali Stevens. Ali is a skilled tutor, first aider, and is an International Mountain Leader, well experienced in leading outdoor activities and expeditions.</p><p>The other session each month will be led by Ian McLeish. Ian is Director of October Forth and Rosslyn Associates. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser and experienced Business Development Coach, as well as being an NLP master practioner.</p>
