Join us for this important consensus session on Burnout

<p>The Burnout Consensus session will highlight high burnout rates in surgical trainees and outline strategies and resources available to reduce and mitigate burnout through facilitated group breakout sessions. We will also be collecting qualitative data through feedback forms and the small group discussions, which will form the basis of a 3 round DELPHI- this will run over the course of the year, following the conference.</p>
