Ask a Trainee

Cambridge Library Group

Come and hear what the Cambridge Graduate Trainees have been up to in the past year!

Graduate Library Trainees are a common addition to certain Cambridge Colleges, but what do their roles actually entail? And how has the pandemic affected their time in Cambridge? Join the current Trainees from Newnham, Pembroke, Queens’, Trinity and St John’s as they talk about their experiences over the last few months. They’ll cover topics such as what brought them to the job to begin with, what the usual daily routine of a Trainee is, what special projects they’ve been working on, and also how they have helped their College libraries to adapt and function during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are interested in attending as a non-member please email camlibgroup@gmail.com for payment details.Link will be sent prior to the event.
