Assessing Delay – An Introduction into Delay Analysis

An introduction to Adair and delay analysis, most common delay analysis methodologies, focusing on two methodologies with worked examples.

This is an introductory level presentation aimed primarily at those who know nothing or very little about delay analysis and want to learn more. The secondary aim of the presentation is to serve as a refresher for those who are familiar with the concepts but aren’t necessarily practicing delay analysts.

About Adair

Founded in 1994, Adair is an independent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with offices in Surrey, London, Birmingham and Gibraltar.

We act as quantity surveyors, monitoring surveyors, project managers and building surveyors for projects across all construction sectors. We also provide expert advice in contractor’s services, dispute resolution and party wall surveying.
