Would you like to encourage positive change in your community but don’t know where to start - then this is the workshop for you.

This free one hour session will take place online on Monday 14th March at 12pm and provide an introduction to Asset Based Community Development for charities and community groups.Asset Based Community Development is a community-led approach to engaging and mobilising your community around a shared vision to create a better local life . In this workshop you will:•	Understand ABCD principles and explore how these can be put into practice in your community•	Focus on &#x27;what’s strong&#x27; not &#x27;what’s wrong&#x27; and learn how to engage everyone especially those who not are usually involved in community action•	Be community-led and understand how to uncover and use community assets at an individual and community level for the good of everyoneThe workshop will be held on Zoom with a maximum of 12 people to ensure you benefit from participatory activities:Community First Oxfordshire (CFO) look forward to seeing you there.Best wishesCFO
