Held back by a belief that she didn’t have a story to share, Rachel set out to find a way to bring everyday stories to her speaking and now helps others to do the same.With a passion for inspiring people to speak up and to share their stories, however big or small, and a knack for spotting the sweet spots in those stories, Rachel works with with people who want to learn how to find and craft their stories for speaking, taking them through her StoryCRAFT process, or the 7 C's for creating engaging presentations using stories.Her own speaking career began in court room, presenting cases on behalf of the Local Authority, later moving on to creating and delivering her own training on aspects of personal development, including workshops and individual coaching in presentation skills and other aspects of communication.She is an active member of the London branch of the PSA (Professional Speaking Association) and continually works to develop her own skills both as a speaker and a coach.

A networking event for women with their own business or in business positions in the Liphook and Haslemere area. Aimed to give you a taste of how The Athena Network brings women together for networking and support in a structured way, whilst also offering fun and friendship.
We're delighted that Vanessa Moore, a truly inspirational speaker, will be joining us as our Business Support Topic presenter.
The meeting will include most elements of a regular Athena meeting, including the opportunity to exchange business cards, to speak briefly to the group about your business and to network with women who are keen to move their business forward and to be mutually supportive.
A one course lunch will be served, with tea and coffee and are included in the meeting fee.
