Join me in this informative workshop where I will be talking about attachment styles and how they impact on your life. Find out how they develop and why. Discover the far reaching issues that can come from an insecure attachment and what you can do in order to address them. November will be the final live workshop where you can ask questions and discuss the workshop content. From January 2023 the workshop will be pre-recorded.

John Kenny is The Relationship Guy.Founder of Interpersonal Relationship Coaching (IRC), Author, Documentarian, Speaker and Podcast Host (The Relationship Guy). He has been working in the personal development field for over 15 years, firstly as a counsellor and then as a relationship coach since 2016. John has lived a life of chequered and destructive relationships and uses this in his work, along with all of his training, to help women create healthy intimate relationships.
