A unique experience where you can dress-up, experiment with theatrical make-up, dance, take photos and be silly with your friends!
Are you bored with the mundane treadmill of life? Would you like to party with your friends in a unique way and have senseless wacky fun? Well look no further! Audible Gulp Experiences offer unique bespoke events like no other.
Somewhere you can dress-up, take on different personas, bond with other women, laugh, embrace your silliness, create unique looks, make videos, take pictures and even do a lip-sync if you fancy it.
The ultimate remedy for the 9 to 5, the antidote to the blah!
Locating the Venue:
The workshop is located at the new exciting space Open Hūs on Saltergate.
Address: Open Hūs, 81a Saltergate, Chesterfield, S40 1JS
Directions: Next door to Gasoline Pub through the second arch with Saltergate Yoga sign above. Head down to the back left side and look out for a door with metal stairs. The entrance will be marked with an Orange Open Hūs sign. Head straight up the stairs!
How our events are structured:
We welcome you with a free glass of fizz or soft drink of your choice on entrance to the venue. Once everyone has arrived and are settled we start with an fun game to get everyone in the mood.
After the short game we get into a cool creative activity designed for any and all creative abilities – no talent or experience required. We have made custom hand fans in past events that you can also use as props in your photoshoots.
Then we move onto the fun theatrical make-up stations where you can create outrageous and beautiful make-up looks that embrace your inner goddess. With assistance from us you will choose a look that you recreate or just go for it and do something from your head. We provide images as inspiration points, a wide range of make-up and face paints, eyelashes and more.
Once your make-up is finished you are welcomed to our wonderful world of accessories, wigs and costume props. Go wild with your choices, mix and match, create a number of different looks and personas.
The staff at Audible Gulp will then welcome each of you to the photography area where they take images or you look or you can do selfies galore. Group photo booth style pictures with your mates and individual images too. Experimentation is the key.
Then there’s no time like the present to try a lip sync and red carpet walk – embrace the vibe have fun and let your hair down!
After the event you will receive your very own short video as a keepsake, created from a collection of the best shots of the night.
You are welcome to attend on your own or with a group of friends.
