Authentic Connection Womens Circle

Rossett & Burton Village HallRossett, Wales
Sunday, May 3  •  10:30 AM - 12 PM
Overview

For women craving real connection but feeling nervous in groups - come alone, leave feeling like you belong.

For women who:

  • Skip workshops because they make you anxious
  • Spend time in their head, feeling uncomfortable
  • Want connection…but struggle to open up
  • Leave workshops thinking “there’s something wrong with me”
  • Are craving a holistic space that feels different

Leave feeling:

  • Connected to yourself and other women
  • Relaxed, grounded and lighter
  • Met, held and understood
  • Less in your head, more in your body
  • Like you can actually be yourself

I used to go to workshops feeling anxious - spent the whole time in my head, didn't know how to make conversation and left feeling even worse (or at least no more relaxed than when I went).

I've had women say "walking away from circles in the last few years - its left me thinking there's something wrong with me and my level of open and vulnerability, or left me feeling like I don't want to go to circles anymore'.

Here’s what I believe:

  • Most people aren’t bad at socialising, they’re just really uncomfortable
  • When you feel safe in your body, connection feels easy
  • A lot of us are craving connection, but not many of us want to admit it out loud
  • Being put in a room of people doesn’t = connection…😅
  • Lots of spaces say they offer connection, but not many actually facilitate it

Why this is different:

Connection is a core pillar in my events. In the first 15 minutes you’re brought into connection with one another so your nervous system can breathe, and you can go deeper into the space.

Women come alone and leave having actually connected to each other. Laughing, hugging, sharing little ‘omg same’ moments.

If you’ve felt nervous coming on your own, get the absolute fear like I did (& still do at most events) but desperately want community and to feel connected…

Come and join us. Most people come by themselves but I promise, you won’t feel awkward or alone for long 💙

There are limited spaces, so if this is calling to you - I’d love to have you there 🥹🫶🏽

What to expect:

  • Opening/closing the space
  • Authentic relating / group connection
  • Somatic drop in
  • Sharing circle
  • Time to integrate
