Is this event for singers?

Accepted Answer

It's not just for singers or people who feel confident singing in a group. There will be no solo singing or performing and you don't have to do anything you're not comfortable with. Singing is a great way to connect with yourself and others, regulate the Autonomic Nervous System and express yourself

Question 2

What's your Covid safety policy?

Accepted Answer

Indoor singing and breathwork can pose a higher Covid risk than other activities. We will ventilate the space, and hand sanitisers are available throughout the building. Please do not attend if you have Covid symptoms (you can request a refund if you cannot attend due to a positive test).

Question 3

Do I need to bring anything or learn any songs before the session?

Accepted Answer

There's no requirement to bring anything specific. All equipment will be provided, and drinks will be available (a selection of teas and water). You may wish to bring your own drinks/snacks, and a blanket if you'd rather use your own. You don't have to learn any songs beforehand.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Please wear whatever you are comfortable in, ideally something that doesn't restrict your movement. Please note that the venue has a no-shoes policy inside the space.

Question 5

Is the building accessible?

Accepted Answer

The space is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. There is an accessible toilet. Please contact us if you need any adjustments or have questions about the space and equipment. The breath session can be done on a mat or in a chair.
