A free workshop to review and inform career guidance aimed at anyone who wants to specialise in Autism or LDs in any job/industry.

Join in this free, informal and friendly session to tell us you what are the most important things we should include in new career framework guidance that we are developing to help anyone who wants to specialise in Autism or Learning Disabilities in any sector.There will be interactive activities and open chats for you tell us what information is useful and what isn&#x27;t for job descriptions, funding opportunities or pathways - as well as help decide what the guidance will look like and how it will be used.-We are Manor Community, acclaimed providers of social care to adults across Bristol and the South West for over 20 years. We are running a project to create guidance for how to specialise in Autism and Learning Disabilities in any profession because we believe very strongly that this rewarding work deserves fair support at every stage.This is for guidance that will be shared nationally by large organisations like Health Education England and career counsellors for different industries so it is really important to get an honest understanding of what would help real people who want to specialise in this area - from anyone who is interested in this in any way. We want to speak to professionals in education, social care, nursing, psychiatry ... and members of the public who have any interest in Autism and Learning Disabilities Support. * The venue is wheelchair accessible from Covent Garden but if you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch at equalities@manorcommunity.co.uk
