What do I need to bring?

All yoga equipment is provided; you are welcome to bring your own mat if you like. Bring a reusable cup or mug for teas and coffees as well as a water bottle. If you enjoy wild swimming, there will be an optional opportunity for this. You need your swimsuit and towel.

What is the food like?

All food is vegetarian. If you have specific dietary requirements - vegan, gluten-free, or allergies please advise so these can be catered for. Luch consists of traditional Nepali food - rice, lentils, seasonal vegetarian curry. Snacks and fruit are also available.

Do you need to be experinced in yoga?

No, not at all. you will be guided through a range of different elements of yoga, from more physical to restorative practices (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. There are lots of props and support to assist you.
