Autumn writing workshop

Autumn writing workshop

Fisherton Mill Gallery | Cafe | StudiosSalisbury, England
Saturday 31 October  •  10 AM - 1 PM
Overview

Step into the darker half of the year with this seasonal writing workshop.

Drawing inspiration from the ancient festival of Samhain, this immersive workshop invites you to explore the seasonal shift between light and dark.

During the workshop, you’ll be encouraged to use natural objects and visual prompts to awaken your imagination. You’ll learn how to engage your senses and capture the magic of the season – all from the warmth of indoors. Creativity can be wonderfully therapeutic. Across the three hours, you’ll be supported to draw on your own connection with the natural world and write in a way that feels grounding and inspiring.

You’ll leave with:

  • Fresh inspiration
  • Heightened sensory awareness
  • Greater confidence in your creative instincts and your ability to write intuitively
  • A new/renewed connection to the magic of seasonal storytelling

--

Who is the workshop for?

Absolutely everyone. Whether you’re:

  • new to writing
  • an aspiring author
  • returning to creativity after a break
  • or simply craving a boost in confidence and wellbeing
