Spring is a season of awakening, a natural invitation to gently emerge, realign, and create space for what’s ready to grow.

Awaken is a thoughtfully curated wellness experience designed to help you reset after winter, reconnect with yourself, and step into the new season feeling grounded, clear, and supported.

This immersive experience blends movement, reflection, stillness, and nature to support both mind and body. It’s not about fixing yourself or forcing change, it’s about slowing down enough to listen inward and realign with what truly matters to you.



✨ What to expect

This experience is designed to feel nourishing, spacious, and supportive, whether you’re feeling tired, disconnected, in transition, or simply craving time for yourself. You'll enjoy:

  • Reflective guided journaling to clarify intentions and reconnect with your inner voice
  • A nourishing yoga practice to awaken the body, clear stagnant energy, and reset for spring. Expect gentle flow, mindful breath, and space to reconnect, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed, and ready for the season ahead
  • Guided meditation and breathwork to release stress and calm the nervous system
  • Healthy refreshments and space for connection with likeminded women



🌱 Who this is for

This event is for women who:

  • Feel ready for a reset as the seasons change
  • Want to slow down and reconnect with themselves
  • Are navigating growth, change, or quiet recalibration
  • Appreciate a blend of evidence-based wellbeing, embodiment, and reflection

No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or journaling is required. Everything will be guided, with options to move at your own pace.



🪷 Your hosts

This experience will be led by Sarah Toal and Ashley Spencer.

Sarah is a 250 hour Asthanga Vinyasa yoga instructor. She combines movement and breath to create powerful connections between the body and mind, and loves guiding clients through their practice in a calm, supportive way.

Ashley is a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & Strategic Life Coaching Practitioner specialising in burnout prevention. She uses a range of evidence-based techniques to help professional women create peace, freedom and joy without sacrificing their ambition.



📍 Practical details

  • Location: Monks Cottage Sanctuary, Wirral, CH62 8BW (full venue details will be sent via email after booking)
  • What to bring: Comfortable clothing with a warm layer, yoga mat (if possible) a notebook/ journal and pen, and an open mind. We have a limited number of yoga mats so please contact us as early as possible if you need one.


This is an invitation to pause, realign, and awaken gently in rhythm with the season.

Spaces are intentionally limited to create a calm, intimate experience.
