Lulila has been on a spiritual path for many years now, starting with Buddhist meditation and vipassina mediation. Dance has always been an integral part of her life and often using dance as a way to release emotions and energies. Dance has been a great way to express herself and to feel true freedom.Lulila has been deeply into kundalini yoga and kundalini dance and had an amazing rebirth experience whilst on a retreat with Mark keene.Lulila was drawn to shakti dance and completed her teacher training on 2017. This has taken her on an inner journey to discover the intelligence of the human body and our capacity to open up to the light as we navigate our way through our past patterns of pain and traumas and really feel in to them acknowledging them and remembering what our true purpose is and what we came to earth to learn.Lulila has just returned from Glastonbury, From a sacred inner union retreat where she experienced the embodiment of the divine feminine and divine masculine bringing herself into wholeness.
