This session is led by Frazer, an experienced strength and conditioning coach and nutrition educator with over 15 years in the fitness industry. Frazer has worked across strength and conditioning, personal training, nutrition coaching, and gym ownership, supporting both everyday gym members and competitive athletes.
This workshop focuses on simple, evidence-based nutrition principles that support training performance and recovery without overcomplication.
