The Awakening Strength Throwdown is a same-sex pairs competition built to test your strength, endurance, and teamwork across three challenging events.

Expect a high-energy day filled with competition, community, and good vibes — complete with music, prizes, and local sponsors bringing the atmosphere.

This event is open to Awakening Strength members and athletes from other local gyms who are ready to throw down, push their limits, and have a great time doing it.
