Sound vibrations assist the energetic body in a stimulation and detoxification of stagnent energies. Subtle shifts in the body's frequencies can catalise a healing process that bypasses the mind.

These sessions are for anyone who is:<ul><li>looking to deepen or discover their connection with their true nature</li><li>exploring a deeper awareness of their own spirituality</li><li>looking for some reduction of anxiety, pain and emotional destress through a non invasive and deeply restorative practice</li><li>navigating trauma, depression or loneliness</li><li>looking for relaxation and time out of the digital world</li><li>looking for some selfcare time</li></ul>

Please wear comfortable and warm clothes, bring a yoga mat (we have a few spares if needed) and blankets. Some people also enjoy an eye mask.
