N/B AWE do not book accommodation for guest

No.
Our guest are all from Europe and are able to visit Belgium with their normal Schengen visa or passport or resident permit.

Ticket only include Gala dinner and entertainment

Yes

But we do not have young children program and they will be under your care

We encourage youth to join the event and we have student ticket they can contact us for student visa
