What is Building 41?

We are a Coworking space that also offers meeting rooms and private offices. Established by Innovation Wight, we're designed to boost productivity and spark innovation. We offer memberships and day passes for coworking, but don't worry you don't need any of that to attend B41 Creative!

Question 3

Is there parking?

Yes, we do have onsite parking, however due to limited space, we do recommend car sharing, or using the Somerton park and ride, which is £2 a day and only a short walk away.

Is Building 41 accessible?

We have a disabled parking bay and toilets, as well as a lift if going upstairs is needed.

Is there a bus stop nearby?

The Number 1 bus (Park and Ride) stops right outside the building at the ‘BAE’ bus stop.

Can I store my bicycle?

Accepted Answer

On site there is a bike storage facility where you can safely store your bicycle. There are also showers on site to refresh after the journey.

Where is Building 41?

If you struggle to find us on the map, we are located on the BAE side. When travelling towards Aldi on Newport Road we are on the left, just before the BAE turning. Our building is next door to Ascencos.

How long is the session?

The session runs from 9-1pm - you can  turn up at any time, and leave whenever you need to.

What if I’m not actively working on a project—can I still come?

Of course! You can use the session to brainstorm, or perhaps learn a new skill.

Do I have to come every week?

Feel free to come whenever you feel like it!

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately we aren't allowed pets in the building.
