Baby and Us (Empowering Parents Empowering Communities-EPEC) FEB '26

Programme designed for parents and carers of babies under 9 months. This 9-week adventure is led by our amazing trained parent facilitators.

This is a nine-week structured programme for parents and babies under 9 months old.

Baby and Us covers topics such as:

• Following your baby’s cues and routine including sleeping, crying and feeding
• How to feel more confident in your role as a parent
• Learning to communicate responsively with your baby
• Building a good attachment between you and your baby
• An opportunity to develop friendships with other parents
• Games, singing, physical touch and play to have fun with your baby
• Thinking about your relationships within the family and how these affect you and your baby
• Your baby’s birth story

We kick things off with a cozy coffee morning in the first week to get to know you and your little ones. And yes, your adorable babies are more than welcome to join the fun!

There will also be 2 optional drop in sessions at South Family Hub from 10.00 - 11.00 am on:

Wednesday 3rd and 10th February 2026 where you can come and meet the Parent Group Leaders and learn more about Baby and Us content.
