A gentle, trauma informed community space for anyone affected by baby loss, pregnancy loss, infertility grief, and postpartum wellbeing challenges.

Location: Unity Place, Community Hall, Milton Keynes

This is a calm, welcoming, peer supported event where you can attend in whatever way feels safest for you. There is no pressure to speak, share details, or socialise. Listening counts. Quiet attendance counts. Stepping out for air or a pause is always ok.

What to expect

  • A warm welcome and clear structure, so you know what is happening
  • A respectful, confidential space with simple ground rules
  • Gentle reflection and supportive conversation prompts
  • Signposting to support services and community resources
  • A host team present throughout for support if you feel overwhelmed

Speakers

  • Catherine MacLennan – Specialist coach supporting individuals and couples after pregnancy loss.
  • Asiya Dawood – Founder of South Asian Babyloss Awareness, speaker and advocate working to break taboos around miscarriage, infertility, and pregnancy loss.
  • Sharna Southan – Educator and trainer focused on pregnancy loss support, including training for healthcare professionals with a neuroscience informed approach.
