1 Lime Street London EC3M 7HA United KingdomThe final of our series of three lectures will be hosted by Jamie Warwick, a broker at Excessweather and current U35s Reinsurance committee Chair. Jamie has worked in Parametrics for the past 10 years as a broker for Excessweather, a dedicated Parametric broking firm. Jamie works across a range of clients, classes and territories in conjunction with over 40 broking partners worldwide. After being voted onto the Under 35s Committee in 2020, Jamie has held a number of positions including being Chair of the committee this year.
Jamie will touch on the formation and utilisation of parametric insurance and reinsurance with a primary focus on climate and weather. Additional topics will include how climate change is impacting natural catastrophes and case study examples of where parametrics can be implemented in a range of classes. This will then be followed by Q&A.
