Yes absolutely, children under the age of 14 are welcome as long as they are accompanied by and adult! Over 14's are welcome without supervision.

Can I buy extra Charms or upgrade?

Yes. Additional charms, premium styles, and alternative jewellery options (such as necklaces or extra pieces) are available to purchase during the session if you wish.

Are refreshments included?

Yes — light refreshments are provided during the session for all guests.

What do I get to make?

Your ticket includes the choice of one bracelet, keyring, or bag charm, with five charms included. You’ll design and assemble your piece during the session with full guidance.

Do I need any experience?

Not at all. This experience is completely beginner-friendly. Our charm experts are on hand throughout the session to guide you, help with ideas, and assist with assembly.

How long is the session?

Each session lasts two hours, giving you plenty of time to design, create, and enjoy the experience at a relaxed pace.
