Adults need a valid ticket to gain entrance. No Ticket = No Entry Children under 16 can enjoy free admission to the event when accompanied by an adult

Entry for ticket holders is from 4pm There is no early entry allowed to set up gazebos etc

Assistance dogs only

There is limited space for those wishing to set up small gazebos. This is on a first come first served basis from 4pm only

The use of BBQs, fire pits etc on the Millennium Field is prohibited

Car parking on the field costs £4. Alternative parking may be available closer to the date Please be considerate to local residents when parking

Car parking on the field for £3 is on a first come first served basis on the day and cannot be pre-booked.

Cars left on the field overnight need to be collected between 10am and midday on following day to the event . A fine may be incurred outside of these times

Camping overnight on the Millennium Field is prohibited

First Aid is located next to the entrance gate

We are sorry if any of your personal property is lost or damaged at the event. Baginton Events cannot be held responsible for this. When volunteers are clearing up after the event, any property found will be stored for collection

Tickets are non-refundable

Ball games are only permitted outside of the main area
