Bakery Demonstration
A demonstration of how to make cakes and pastries - for those who have grasped the basics!
A cookery demonstration from a master baker and sampling the results afterwards.
Aimed at those who know to cook the basics, this is a chance to hone your skills and ask questions. Please bring a note pad and pencil with you!
The class will take place in the long room of the St Mary Abbots centre, which is wheelchair accessable. Doors open at 6.30 pm and the class at 7pm.
Space is limited so please book here in advance. Entrance is free but suggested donations of £15 towards costs would be gratefully recieved.
