Join Common Bond, Ooji Oats and Unbound for a morning of mat pilates, breakfast and community.

Join us for a relaxed Saturday morning of movement, nourishment and connection at Unbound.

We’re bringing the Reformcore experience off the Reformer and onto the mat, with a full-body Mat Pilates class led by one of our Reformcore instructors. Expect strong, controlled movement that builds strength, stability and mobility, while remaining accessible and feel-good.

After class, we’ll head back into the café space to refuel and unwind together. Enjoy a breakfast bar featuring overnight oat pots from ooji oats, alongside coffee, matcha and drinks by unbound, with plenty of time to chat, connect and ease into the weekend.

Whether you’re already part of the community or simply curious to move and meet like-minded people, this morning is about slowing down, moving well and starting the weekend feeling good.
