A free online Balanced Team event to discuss all things related to diverse cross-functional multi-disciplinary work!

<h3>What is it?</h3><p>This is a friendly event to discuss all things related to  diverse cross-functional multi-disciplinary work!</p><p>Bring along any related topics, questions, problems you are facing! </p><p>The event is run in a <a href="https://leancoffee.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">lean coffee style</a> — so we make the agenda together at the beginning of the meeting.</p><h3></h3><h3>Where is it?</h3><p>The event is held online over video (we use <a href="http://zoom.us" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Zoom</a>), which means it is wherever you are!</p><p>You don’t need a zoom account, but you will need to <a href="https://zoom.us/download" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">install the software</a>.</p><h3></h3><h3>What happens on the day?</h3><p>1) We do a quick round of introductions by taking a few seconds to share our name, what we do, and (optionally) something interesting we've read, watched, or listened to recently. People often have a link ready to share in the chat!</p><p>2) Next we put together an agenda lean coffee style</p><ul><li>People write a challenge or question they would like to discuss (you'll get a link to a Google doc in the Zoom chat on the day!). </li><li>If you don't have a challenge or question — don't worry! You can join in the discussion regardless!</li><li>Finally we vote on the order we would like to review the things the group came up with.</li></ul><p>3) We then go through each question or challenge until we run out of time or we run out of topics!</p><p></p><p>If you have any questions or worries feel free to get in touch with us.
