Catriona Johnston is a movement motivator; specialising in dance, aerialdance, circusFit, barre and PBT.Catriona has worked extensively as a dancer, performance artist and tutor for over a decade.  Her love of movement developed from a young age, she went on to study at The Scottish School of Contemporary dance (2002), The Northern School of Contemporary dance (2005) and The National Centre for Circus Arts (2013).  Catriona is certified in CircusFit and PBT and continues to teach across many dance, aerial and fitness centres across London.Catriona‘s aims to explore movement to it’s fullest, instilling curiousty & the enjoyment of movement to all.

Balletfit is an intense low impact workout designed to strengthen, tone and mobilise your body to develop and create a strong, lean and beautiful ballet body!
Based on methods of PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) using a Swiss ball (used in pilates) to encourage range of motion in turnout, glute activation and core stability.
